Instinctive meditation is a natural, accessible approach to mindfulness that helps you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Rather than forcing concentration, it gently guides you to notice and trust your instincts, allowing calm, clarity, and balance to arise on their own. This introduction is offered as a four-class series designed to help you explore and build a foundation in instinctive meditation through a simple progressive practice.

Erica Pratt

Erica Pratt is a lifelong educator with a 26-year career in physical education and health. She has completed her 200-yoga alliance training program to become an instinctive meditation teacher through the Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. Erica brings a grounded, body-aware approach to meditation, creating spaces that support nervous system balance, inner awareness, and authentic connection.

 

Megan Bounit

Megan Bounit is an instinctive meditation teacher trained by Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine through The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. She discovered instinctive meditation during her own healing journey from burnout to embodied leadership and now teaches from lived experience, guiding students to trust their inner wisdom and meet each moment with curiosity, compassion, and breath. With a background in education and leadership, Megan brings warmth, clarity, and grounded presence to her classes, inviting students to explore meditation as a natural and accessible way to come home to themselves.

Classes are 60 minutes in our new relaxing studio. It's the ultimate stress relief/ time out mid week to quiet your minds and relax your body.
