A Soft Place to Land in Your Recovery
Weekly Yoga in Partnership with NamaStay Sober
Mondays @ 7pm
Wednesdays @ 4pm
Welcome
My Collective is honored to serve as a partner studio with NamaStay Sober, supporting their mission to aid those in addiction recovery through affordable yoga, movement, mindfulness, and sober-centered community connection.
At My Collective, we offer gentle, nervous-system supportive yoga designed to help you reconnect with your body, steady your mind, and feel supported in community—one week at a time.
NamaStay Sober believes recovery is strengthened through physical activity, mindfulness, and social connection. I deeply believe that too. We are always stronger together.
What This Class Is
This weekly class is a recovery-friendly yoga practice with an emphasis on:
Grounding + regulation (so you can exhale out of survival mode)
Gentle movement to release tension and reconnect to your body
Breath + mindfulness for steadiness and clarity
A supportive, sober-safe environment that’s welcoming and pressure-free
You don’t need to be “good at yoga.”
You don’t need to perform.
You just need to show up as you are.
Who It’s For
This class is for you if you are:
In recovery (at any stage)
Sober-curious and building healthier rhythms
Looking for community support through wellness
Wanting a consistent weekly reset that supports your nervous system and your life
What You’ll Leave With
Most people leave feeling:
More settled in their body
Less in the mental spin
More connected to themselves
A little lighter and steadier for the week ahead

A Gentle Note
This is a supportive class, but yoga is still physical. Please listen to your body, take breaks, and move at your own pace. You are always in charge of your experience.
