Body Language

A Movement for the Expanding Collective.

This somatic movement practice is all about CONNECTION- Mind body, heart and spirit. This intuitively guided movement is uniquely tailored from session to session based on the needs of the collective body.

It is designed to help the students begin to hear their own unique body language.

Body Language incorporates yogic movement with awareness and brings us into connection with the body in a titrated way in a safe and sacred space.

Set to music, it is a blend of Asana, flow, frequency, intention, and pace designed to support an expansive energy that takes its students into a deeper understanding of Self.

Movement unlocks the muscles and the joints. Mindfulness connects us back to the fascia. Frequency shifts the energy. Awareness cultivates space for navigation.  Paces makes release and rewiring possible.

What to Expect:

Gentle Grounding Movement — Begin with a few minutes of slow, intuitive movement to soften the body, settle the breath, and help you drop into presence. This grounding phase prepares the nervous system to experience the full depth of the session.

Somatic Connection — Move through a blend of asana, flow, and awareness practices designed to help you hear and interpret your own body language. Each session is uniquely shaped by the needs, energy, and intentions of the collective.

Frequency & Energy Work — Set to curated music, the practice layers frequency, intention, and paced movement to unlock muscle tension, awaken the fascia, and shift stagnant energy.

Mindful Navigation — With supportive guidance, you’ll explore your body’s signals, cultivate internal spaciousness, and create room for release, rewiring, and deeper self-understanding.

A Studio That Holds You — (MILD-HEAT) Experience a safe, sacred, and expansive space where connection to Self is honored and the intelligence of the body leads the way.

This class is open to all levels—anyone seeking somatic connection, intuitive movement, energetic release, and a deeper relationship with their body’s unique language.


What to Bring:

  • Yoga Mat: For grounding and supportive movement.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfy attire that allows for easy movement and relaxation. Even holiday jammies to really get cozy :)

  • Water Bottle: To stay hydrated throughout the session.

  • Optional Props: Feel free to bring a towel, journal, or anything that supports comfort, reflection, or emotional release.
