Join My Collective for a Yogi Adventure filled with creative movement, playful yoga, games, mindfulness, and a hands-on project to take home. Designed for ages
2–12, this mixed-age experience gives every child a chance to move, imagine, create, and have fun in their own way.
No yoga experience is needed—just bring a mat and a playful spirit! Come experience a little taste of the Yogi Adventures program available for families, schools, camps, community groups, and special events.
YOUR YOGI ADVENTURE INCLUDES:
Creative Movement + Yoga — Kids will stretch, balance, move, imagine, and explore through playful yoga-inspired movement designed with different ages and abilities in mind.
Adventure Game — A fun group challenge that encourages movement, laughter, teamwork, creativity, and connection.
Creative Takeaway Project — Children will create something meaningful to bring home as a reminder of their adventure.
Mindful Moments — Simple opportunities to pause, breathe, notice, and reconnect—shared in a way that feels playful rather than formal.
Family Connection — Siblings and families can enjoy the experience together, with options that allow younger and older children to participate in their own way.
Fun Music + Playful Energy — Expect movement, imagination, laughter, and a relaxed vibe where kids can be kids.
Community Connection — A sweet way to meet other local families, enjoy Cedar Street Café, and spend a meaningful morning together.
More Than a Kids Yoga Class
Yogi Adventures is designed to support the whole child through movement, mindfulness, imagination,
creativity, and connection.
Each experience gives children space to:
Move their bodies and release energy
Build confidence through playful challenges
Practice simple calming and mindfulness tools
Explore their creativity and imagination
Connect with themselves and the people around them
Have fun without pressure or competition
This pop-up is a small sample of the Yogi Adventures experiences available through My Collective.
WHO CAN JOIN:
This event is designed for children ages 2–12 and their families. Siblings of different ages are encouraged to attend together.
Parents and caregivers should remain at Cedar Street Café during the event. Grown-up participation is encouraged for younger children, while older children may participate more independently.
Every child is different, and participation is always flexible. Children are welcome to take breaks, observe, or rejoin the adventure when they are ready.
No previous yoga experience is needed.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Yoga Mat or Beach Towel — Something comfortable to move on outside.
• Comfortable Clothing — Clothes kids can move, stretch, and play in.
• Water Bottle — Especially if we’re outside on the lawn.
• Sunscreen / Hat — Recommended for outdoor classes.
• An Open Mind + Playful Energy — No perfect poses needed here.
All creative project materials will be provided.
Families are encouraged to grab a coffee, snack, or treat from Cedar Street Café and enjoy the morning together.
** Classes will be held outside on the lawn, weather permitting, or inside Cedar Street Café’s event space if it rains.
INVESTMENT
$10 for the first child
$5 for each additional sibling (USE Code: for discount)
Advance registration is strongly encouraged so we can prepare enough space and creative materials for every child.
