Class Registration & Minimum Attendance Policy

To ensure a comfortable experience, we limit class sizes so everyone has ample space.
While pre-registration is not required, it is strongly encouraged to secure your spot.

Each class requires a minimum of 3 students to run. If fewer than 3 students register, the class may be canceled.
While we don’t strictly require pre-registration, we cannot guarantee the class will be held without enough sign-ups.

To determine whether a class will take place:

• Evening classes: We will make a decision by 3 PM on the same day.

• Morning classes: We will make a decision by 10 PM the night before.

To avoid cancellations or unnecessary charges, please register or cancel before these cut-off times.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To maintain fairness and ensure class availability:

• Class passes may be deducted if you’ve signed up for a small class that runs based on your attendance.

• If a class is full and you do not show up or fail to cancel before the cut-off time, your class pass may be charged.

• Frequent no-shows may result in additional fees or restrictions.
