Our Reset Series is your midweek invitation to slow down and come back to yourself. This 4-week yoga series blends gentle flow and restorative yoga with somatic release practices to help you unwind, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner calm. Whether you join for one class or stay for both, you’ll leave feeling calm, connected and completely reset.

Each week focuses on a unique energetic theme, guiding you through a journey of release, reconnection, and renewal. Think of it as a full-body exhale for your life.

Weekly Gentle Flow class (5:30 PM): a grounding, breath-led movement practice to release tension and build calm strength
Weekly Restorative Yoga class (7:00 PM): fully supported shapes, healing rest, and stillness infused with optional crystals, sound healing, and intention work
Themed playlists, journaling prompts, and optional take-home rituals
A Reset Crystal Pack with intention cards (when you join all 4 weeks)

Each class begins with breathwork or grounding to shift your energy, followed by a guided practice that reflects the week’s theme — from rooting and reconnecting to rising and recharging.No rush. No pressure. Just the chance to come back to yourself.
