Yin Yoga
(Slow, Deep Stretch + Nervous System Reset)
Yin Yoga is a quiet, slow-paced practice designed to help you release tension, soften the body, and create space, both physically and mentally. Often called the quiet practice, Yin works beneath the surface, gently targeting the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints which are not typically reached in more active styles of yoga.
In this class, you’ll move through long-held, supported poses (typically 3–5 minutes), giving your body time to open gradually and safely. As the fascia begins to soften and create space, energy can flow more freely, leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.
Your body unwinds, your mind quiets, and your nervous system gently resets.
Slow down… and settle in.
Classes are 60 minutes and are a peaceful pause in your week to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
Why:
Your body holds more than you think.
Yin Yoga works beneath the surface. Supporting both physical release and emotional balance. Physically, it improves flexibility, increases joint mobility, and eases deep-seated tension. Mentally, it helps quiet overthinking and invites a
sense of calm and clarity. Energetically, it creates space for you to process,
release, and reset.
This is where the shift happens… in the stillness.
