Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some yoga experience, this class is designed to be inclusive and accessible.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga Mat: A comfortable mat to practice on.

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the session.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear attire that allows for easy movement.

  • Optional: Bring a towel and any yoga props you like to use, such as blocks or straps.
