(Slow Flow Yoga Class with Aromatherapy)

Aroma Flow is a gentle, breath-centered yoga experience designed to help you unwind and come back into balance. This class moves at a slow, intentional pace, giving you space to really feel each movement, connect to your breath, and release tension without rushing.

As you flow, subtle layers of aromatherapy are woven throughout the class. Think calming lavender, refreshing peppermint, or grounding eucalyptus—softly supporting your nervous system and enhancing the overall experience. It’s a full sensory exhale… where movement, breath, and scent come together to help you feel more at ease.

This is your space to reset, recalibrate, and reconnect.

Classes are 60 minutes in our studio—a supportive, feel-good way to slow down, release the day, and leave feeling calm, clear, and restored.

Who Can Join:
Everyone is welcome! Perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone craving a slower, more calming practice.
You don’t need experience, just come as you are.

  • Yoga Mat: A comfortable mat to practice on.

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the session.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear attire that allows for easy movement.

  • Optional: blanket or anything that helps you feel supported.

Meet Your Instructor

Kristen Green

Kristen is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a lifelong love of movement and staying active. Her yoga journey began after completing her third marathon, using the practice to support recovery, prevent injury, and build strength and flexibility.

She enjoys teaching slow flow, while also holding space for practices like Nidra, Chair, Yin, and Restorative. For Kristen, yoga is a way to slow down, reconnect, and be fully present—something she continues to deepen through ongoing learning and training.

Outside the studio, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and two golden retrievers—hiking, biking, skiing, or running. Kristen has also worked as a Speech Therapy Assistant since 2005 and currently practices part-time in Sturbridge.
