This intuitively guided practice changes from week to week, responding to the needs of the collective energy in the room. Rather than following a fixed sequence, you’ll be invited to move with awareness, curiosity, and choice—learning to listen to your own unique body language and trust what it’s communicating.

Set to music, Body Language blends gentle yogic flow, somatic movement, frequency, intention, and paced transitions to support safe release, nervous-system regulation, and embodied self-understanding. This is a practice of connection, not performance—where awareness leads and the body sets the pace.

Body Language is a 60-minute weekly somatic movement class designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and deepen the conversation between mind, body, heart, and spirit.

We spend so much time in our heads that we forget how to listen to our bodies. Body Language is an invitation to slow down, soften control, and reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom and guidance.

Through intuitive movement and mindful pacing, this practice supports nervous-system regulation, gentle release, and embodied self-trust. It’s not about doing it right—it’s about tuning in, feeling what’s present, and letting the body lead you home.

What to Expect:

  • Yoga Mat: A comfortable mat to practice on.
